 The Electrohippies
the electrohippies are a group of campaigners, computer specialists and consultants who are
interested in the development of the Internet as a viable means for public dissent, debate and protest
— mirroring the traditional means of political and social expression that exist in everyday society.
The
main aim of the collective is to develop a debate about the use of the Internet for campaigning, and
also the notion of the Internet being the largest of all the 'global commons'
